Halloween and Christmas are the stars of the holiday season but my favorite is Thanksgiving. I’m big on the mindfulness practice of gratitude and this is the holiday that celebrates it. Also I get to spend time with my extended family and eat all the best food…mmmmm, pie. Whether you think Thanksgiving is the star of the show or just something to get through before Christmas, I hope you take a moment to document what you are thankful for.
